Black bottom cups
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- chocolate chips - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1/3 c
- sugar and chopped nuts - 1 item
How to make black bottom cups:
Combine the cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside. Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add water, cooking oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Place a heaping teaspoonful of cheese mixture in center. Sprinkle tops with sugar and nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 24.
