Black bottom cupcakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- unbeaten egg - 1 item
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Combine cream cheese, egg and 1/3 cup sugar. Beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well.Line small muffin tins with paper cups and fill with 1 tablespoon chocolate batter. Top each with about 1 teaspoon or less of cream mix. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen midget cupcakes.
