Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- mini-chocolate chips
- flour
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Batter:1 1/2 c. flour1 c. sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 c. water1/3 c. oil1 Tbsp. white vinegar1 tsp. vanilla Combine filling ingredients, except chocolate chips, and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and set aside. Sift together first 5 batter ingredients; add remaining batter ingredients and beat well.Use small muffin tins. Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 full with chocolate batter, then drop a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in the top center of each cupcake. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Makes 35 to 40 small cupcakes. May be frozen.
