  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • grated onion - 1/4 c
  • horseradish - 2 tsp
  • can shoestring beets drained reserve juice - 1 item
  • can beet juice - 1 item
  • dash salt, pepper - 1 item

How to make beet salad:

Dissolve jello in hot beet juice, add remaining ingred. Chill until set in 8 in. sq cake pan or 1 qt. container.
