Beet salad
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 1 c
- cider vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- liquid sweetener - 1/2 tsp
- horseradish - 2 tsp
- finely diced celery - 1/2 c
- raspberry Jell-O
- chicken bouillon granules - 2 tsp
- can beets - 1 oz
How to make beet salad:
Bring water and bouillon granules to boil; continue boiling until granules are dissolved. Remove from heat and dissolve Jell-O, stirring constantly 2 minutes. Place beets with juice in blender and use the "chop" cycle. Mix all ingredients and add to Jell-O. Chill until set.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetarian, Fall.
