Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1 item
- round steak - 1 to
- onion mushroom soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cut round steak into bite size pieces. Put in heavy skillet with oil. Brown meat. Add soup mix and water. Cover. Cook over low heat several hours until meat is tender. Check for enough water periodically. Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
