Beef roast

Ingredients/Components

• can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
• A - 2 Tbsp
• dry onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
• beef roast - 3 lb

How to make beef roast:

Put roast into baking dish and spread steak sauce over roast. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top, then spoon golden mushroom soup over the dry soup. Cover securely with foil and bake at 350° until tender. (I find that a London Broil roast will be done in about 2 1/2 hours. Other thicker roasts may require 3 to 4 hours.)
