  • beef roast any cut - 1 item

How to make beef roast:

Preheat oven to 500°. Stick holes in roast and fill with Parmesan cheese and slivers of garlic. Rub outside of roast well with Parmesan cheese. Place in a broiler pan and put in oven. Turn oven temperature back to 350°. Roast 25 minutes per pound.
