Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- garlic - 1 Tbsp
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 lb
- can sliced black olives - 1 item
- tub Ricotta cheese - 1 item
- bags shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 item
- ground white chicken or ground beef
- Ricotta Paste:3 eggs
How to make lasagna:
Sauce:1 1/2 lb. ground white chicken or ground beef1 (1 lb.) can crushed tomatoes2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste1/2 onion, chopped1 can sliced black olives1 Tbsp. garlic2 bags shredded Mozzarella cheese Ricotta Paste:3 eggs1 tub Ricotta cheese1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 375°. Cook noodles in boiling water. Set aside. Brown meat and onion and drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, 1 cup water, olives and garlic. Simmer about 20 minutes. Mix 3 eggs, Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Layer in casserole dish: meat sauce, Ricotta paste and noodles. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
