- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 12 oz
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- container Cool Whip - 1 (8
- graham crackers, crushed - 1 pkg
- to 4 bananas - 3 item
- sticks oleo or butter - 2 item
- cherries and nuts - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Pack the first 2 ingredients in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.Mix in mixer the confectioners sugar, oleo or butter and eggs for 7 to 10 minutes on high speed. Spread over graham cracker mixture. Slice the bananas over top. Drain the pineapple. Put on top. Then spread the Cool Whip on top. Garnish with cherries and nuts. Keep refrigerated until served.
