Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- softened butter - 1/2 c
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- bananas - 5 item
- shredded chocolate bar - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.In a small bowl, beat softened butter until soft. Add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs and spread over crumb mixture. Slice bananas and arrange over egg mixture. Spoon pineapple (well drained) over bananas. Spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with shredded chocolate and chopped nuts. Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Cut into squares and top each square with a cherry.
