- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- pecans - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- bananas - 3 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- cherries - 1 item
- sticks Parkay - 3 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix cracker crumbs with 1 stick of melted butter and press in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Beat eggs, 2 sticks butter and powdered sugar for 13 minutes at high speed and put on top of cracker crumbs. Put a layer of sliced bananas, sliced lengthwise. Next a layer of pineapple. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with cherries and pecans.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
