  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • pecans - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • bananas - 3 item
  • large Cool Whip - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • cherries - 1 item
  • sticks Parkay - 3 item

How to make banana split cake:

Mix cracker crumbs with 1 stick of melted butter and press in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Beat eggs, 2 sticks butter and powdered sugar for 13 minutes at high speed and put on top of cracker crumbs. Put a layer of sliced bananas, sliced lengthwise. Next a layer of pineapple. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with cherries and pecans.
