Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 2/3 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- maraschino cherries - 1/2 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- or 3 bananas - 2 item
- cubes oleo - 3 item
How to make banana split cake:
Combine graham crackers crumbs with 1 cube oleo and press in bottom of large pan. Combine powdered sugar, 2 cubes of oleo and cream cheese. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Spread over unbaked crust. Put a layer of sliced bananas over mix and crushed pineapple (drained) over the bananas. Spread Cool Whip over fruit. Top with cherries and chopped pecans.
