- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cream cheese - 2 (8
- stick margarine - 1 item
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- sliced bananas - 4 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained well - 1 item
- cherries and pecans optional - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix cracker crumbs, margarine and sugar together well. Bake 5 minutes at 350°. Cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar well. Spread over crust. Slice bananas over cream cheese mixture. Spread pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over this. Top with cherries and pecans. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
