Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- confectioners sugar - 3 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- strawberries - 2 c
- carton Cool Whip
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- chopped nuts or pecans - 1/2 c
- sliced bananas - 5 item
- sticks softened margarine - 2 item
How to make banana split cake:
Combine the 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and the stick of melted margarine and spread into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat the 2 sticks softened margarine, confectioners sugar and eggs no less than 15 minutes. Spread over crust. Cover with bananas, strawberries and pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over fruit and sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
