  • skim milk - 1 c
  • plain yogurt - 1 c
  • wheat germ - 2 Tbsp
  • large banana, broken into 3 pieces - 1 item

How to make banana shake:

Place all ingredients in blender. Mix at high speed for 30 seconds. Makes 1 shake. Serve immediately to avoid separation.
