- eggs - 2 item
- honey - 3 Tbsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- ice cubes - 4 item
- wheat germ - 2 Tbsp
- fresh fruit pieces - 1 c
How to make breakfast in a glass:
Put all except ice cubes into blender. Cover. Process at "liquify". With motor running, remove feeder cap. Add cubes one at a time. Continue to process until smooth. Makes 2 servings, 285 calories each serving.Recipe categories: Drinks, Smoothies, Shakes.
