  • honey - 3 Tbsp
  • skim milk - 1 c
  • ice cubes - 4 item
  • wheat germ - 2 Tbsp
  • fresh fruit pieces - 1 c

How to make breakfast in a glass:

Put all except ice cubes into blender. Cover. Process at "liquify". With motor running, remove feeder cap. Add cubes one at a time. Continue to process until smooth. Makes 2 servings, 285 calories each serving.
