- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- small ripe bananas - 6 item
How to make banana nut cake:
Mix sugar, butter and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, soda and salt together; add alternately with milk. Mash bananas and add. Then add nuts. Bake in a 10-inch stem pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or in 2 loaf pans for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
