Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 item
- beaten egg - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- small zucchini per serving 5 to 6-inch - 1 item
How to make baked zucchini sticks:
Cut zucchini lengthwise in quarters, then in half crosswise. Dip into beaten egg, seasoned with salt and pepper. Coat the quarters with a mixture of Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Place on cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown, in a 400° oven.
