Ingredients/Components
- bunches broccoli - 2 item
- chopped celery - 1 c
- sliced almonds, toasted - 1 c
- to 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 4 item
- grapes, cut in half - 1 c
- chopped scallion - 1/4 c
- Blanch 3 to 5 minutes in boiling water
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make broccoli salad:
Trim and cut broccoli into small florets. Blanch 3 to 5 minutes in boiling water. Combine all ingredients and mix with following dressing. (Serve immediately.)Dressing:1 c. Hellmann's mayo1/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. vinegarRecipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Broccoli.
