Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- meatless spaghetti sauce - 4 c
- mostaccioli, cooked 5 minutes and drained - 1 lb
How to make baked mostaccioli:
In large skillet, stirring frequently, brown beef, onion and garlic on medium-high heat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Stir about 1 cup of the sauce into mostaccioli. Spoon 1/2 of the mostaccioli mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
