Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- chopped onion medium - 1 item
- jar pimentos, chopped - 1 oz
- chopped bell pepper medium - 1 item
How to make baked corn casserole:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
