Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • melted margarine - 1/4 c
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • chopped onion medium - 1 item
  • jar pimentos, chopped - 1 oz
  • chopped bell pepper medium - 1 item

How to make baked corn casserole:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
