Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped pimentos - 1 Tbsp
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
How to make baked corn:
Melt margarine and mix with flour. Mix with other ingredients. Reserve 1 cup of cheese for top. Bake at 300° to 325° for 40 minutes or until it begins to brown and is rather firm.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
