Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- light cream - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- apples - 2 item
- wine to taste - 1 item
- Mix margarine, sugar and egg
How to make baked apple pudding:
Sift together first 5 ingredients. Mix margarine, sugar and egg. Grate apples to equal 2 cups. Add and mix just until blended. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.Sauce:1/2 c. margarine1/2 c. light cream dash of nutmeg1 tsp. vanilla wine (to taste) Cook margarine and light cream, stirring 10 to 15 minutes.
