  • oil - 2/3 c
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • apricot nectar - 3/4 c
  • box orange Jell-O - 1 item
  • box cake mix white, yellow or lemon - 1 item

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Mix well. Bake in tube pan 1 hour in 325° oven. Cool 10 minutes. Glaze with 1 cup confectioners sugar and juice and grated rind of lemon.
