Apple-pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 item
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- ground cinnamon - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can apple pie filling - 1 item
- 9-inch pie shell unbaked - 1 item
- 303 can pumpkin pie mix
How to make apple-pumpkin pie:
Make pie dough and place in pie pan. Flute outer edge. Line pie shell with apple pie mixture. Mix pumpkin mix with rest of ingredients as you would for regular pumpkin mix. Pour on top of apple pie mix in pie shell until pie reaches rim of crust. Bake at 375° for 60 to 70 minutes. A butter knife should be stuck in center of pie and come out clean to be considered done.
