Apple nut cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• chopped nuts optional - 1 c
• raisins optional - 1/2 c
• apples, cored and chopped - 3 item
• carton cream cheese frosting - 1 item

How to make apple nut cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine sugar and oil. Blend well. Add rest of ingredients, one at a time, in order given. Mix well after each addition. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 55 to 60 minutes. Serves 12 to 15. Top with cream cheese frosting.
