- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- pecans - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- apples, sliced thin - 6 item
- Combine dry ingredients
How to make apple jack:
Put apples in large baking dish. Combine dry ingredients. Pour lemon juice over apples. Sprinkle dry ingredients over apple mixture. Add pecans.Topping:1 c. plain flour1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 stick butter Combine to crumble and spread evenly over apple mixture.
