Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- dairy sour cream - 2/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- Bisquick
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- oleo or butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- sliced pared apples
How to make apple custard coffee cake:
Heat oven to 375°. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches. Mix baking mix, sugar, oleo and milk. Spread in pan. Arrange apples on mixture in pan. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Mix sour cream and egg. Drizzle over top. Bake until edges are light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Breads, Coffee cakes.
