Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- medium apples, sliced - 7 item
How to make apple crisp:
Peel and slice apples into a buttered 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Mix the flour, sugar, egg, baking powder and salt together; it will be crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples. On top of this sprinkle some cinnamon and pour the melted butter over all. Bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes or until apples test done.
