  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 lb
  • nuts optional - 1 c
  • apples, pared and sliced - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add apples and nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in 13 x 9-inch pan, two 8-inch rounds or Bundt pan.
