  • pkg - 1 oz
  • finely chopped toasted almonds - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • hot sauce - 1/8 tsp
  • instant minced onion - 1 tsp

How to make almond ham roll-ups:

Combine all ingredients except ham. Spread 1 tablespoon mixture on each slice of ham and roll up jelly fashion. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve, thaw and cut rolls into 3/4-inch slices.
