  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • miniature marshmallows
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 c
  • bottle 7-Up - 1 oz
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c

How to make 7-up salad:

Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted. Add gelatin to hot mixture and stir until dissolved. Cream the cream cheese with a fork and stir the gelatin mixture. Beat until smooth. Add nuts and pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Add mayonnaise to whipped cream. Stir into thickened mixture. Pour into a lightly oiled 2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
