  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • cream cheese
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • bottle 7-Up - 1 item
  • a few drops green food coloring - 1 item

How to make 7-up salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Stir in balance of ingredients and chill.
