Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• egg yolks - 2 item
• oil - 3/4 c
• margarine - 2 Tbsp
• can coconut - 1 item
• 7-Up - 1 (10
• box instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 item
• can Pet milk - 1 item
• pineapple cake mix - 1 item
• small can drained, crushed pineapple - 1 item
• Frost with 7-Up frosting

How to make 7-up cake:

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 well-greased and floured cake pans. Frost with 7-Up frosting.7-Up Cake Frosting:3/4 c. sugar2 egg yolks1 can Pet milk1 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. margarine1 can coconut1 small can drained, crushed pineapple Mix sugar, egg yolks, milk and flour in heavy saucepan. Cook until thick; stir constantly. Remove from fire. Add vanilla, margarine, coconut and well drained pineapple. Stir well. Spread on 7-Up Cake.
