Zucchini marmalade
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- crushed pineapple - 20 oz
- shredded zucchini - 6 c
- box Sure-Jell - 1 item
How to make zucchini marmalade:
Boil zucchini until clear. Add pineapple and mix good. Boil 3 minutes. Add sugar, Sure-Jell and jello. Boil hard for 6 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Boil 2 minutes. Put into jars and seal. Keep in refrigerator or freeze.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
