  • sugar - 4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • crushed pineapple - 20 oz
  • shredded zucchini - 6 c
  • box Sure-Jell - 1 item

How to make zucchini marmalade:

Boil zucchini until clear. Add pineapple and mix good. Boil 3 minutes. Add sugar, Sure-Jell and jello. Boil hard for 6 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Boil 2 minutes. Put into jars and seal. Keep in refrigerator or freeze.
