Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- poppy seed - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper - 1 item
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- celery stalks - 3 item
- broccoli stalks - 4 item
- small purple cabbage - 1/2 item
- small onion red or white - 1 item
How to make wonder salad:
Chop the broccoli, green pepper, celery, cauliflower and cabbage. Combine the sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, oil, poppy seed and chopped onion. Marinate dressing 6 hours or overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Low Carb.
