Ingredients/Components
- vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
- pineapple juice
- bottle ginger ale - 1 oz
- lemon sherbet - 1 pt
How to make wedding punch:
Combine pineapple juice, sherbet and 1/2 of the ice cream; beat until smooth. Add ginger ale. Spoon remaining ice cream into punch. Serve immediately. Yields 14 (1/2-cup) servings.Recipe categories: Drinks, Pineapple, Punch beverage.
