Ingredients/Components

  • ginger ale - 1 qt
  • small can frozen orange juice - 1 item
  • small can frozen lemonade - 1 item
  • large cans pineapple juice - 2 item

How to make wedding punch:

Freeze pineapple juice. Take out 1 1/2 to 2 hours before serving time and partially thaw. Put in a large container and mash up. Add lemonade and orange juice, mixed with water as directed on cans. Add ginger ale. Stir and serve.

This should be made up just before serving, as it has an icy consistency. This is wonderful for a wedding reception, as it goes well with the sweet cake. Serves 48 (4 ounce cup).
