Ingredients/Components
- vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
- pineapple juice, chilled
- lime, lemon or raspberry sherbet - 1 pt
- bottle ginger ale or 7-Up - 1 oz
How to make wedding punch:
Combine pineapple juice, sherbet and 1/2 of ice cream. Beat until smooth. Add 7-Up or ginger ale. Spoon remaining ice cream into punch. Serve immediately. Yields 14 (1/2 cup) servings.Recipe categories: Drinks, Pineapple, Punch beverage.
