Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- salad dressing - 1 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- purple onion - 1 item
- medium bell pepper - 1 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- head broccoli - 1 item
- medium jar pimento pepper - 1 item
- c Mazola oil - 1/2 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Chop cauliflower and broccoli heads to bite size pieces. Chop onion. Mix these with chopped bell pepper, pimento, dry mustard, salt and black pepper. Make a sweet dressing by combining salad dressing, Mazola oil, vinegar and sugar. Mix and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.
