Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- cider vinegar - 6 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can corn, drained - 1 oz
- chopped green peppers - 1 c
- jar pimentos, drained - 1 oz
- can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can tiny green peas, drained - 1 oz
How to make vegetable salad:
To make the dressing, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool completely.In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; add dressing and toss until vegetables are coated. Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
