Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- poppy seed - 2 Tbsp
- bell peppers - 3 item
- stalks celery - 3 item
- mushrooms - 8 item
- onion - 1 item
- bunch broccoli - 1 item
- head of cauliflower - 1 item
- or 3 carrots - 2 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Chop broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, bell peppers, celery, mushrooms and onion. Combine but do not cook sugar, dry mustard, poppy seed, vinegar, salt and vegetable oil. Pour liquid mixture over chopped vegetables. Keeps several days in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
