Vegetable quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- medium size zucchini, cut in chunks unpeeled - 1 item
- each: medium size carrot, onion, green pepper, celery and radish if desired - 1 item
How to make vegetable quiche:
Pour the creamed mixture into a large bowl and add the drained vegetables. Mix lightly and add 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning or other if preferred. Gently toss in 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Batter should be consistency of a cake batter. If too thin, add more Bisquick before folding in the grated cheese. Other cheeses may be used if desired. Pour batter into a large well-greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes. Bake at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes.
