Vegetable fry batter
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- flour - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- salt and pepper optional - 1 item
- small egg - 1 item
How to make vegetable fry batter:
Stir oil into flour; mix until smooth. Add egg to milk and add all at once to the oil and flour mix. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Batter will be thin! Dust food lightly with flour, then dip in batter. Fry in hot grease. Drain on paper towel.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Very low carbs.
