Tropical chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 3/4
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 3/4 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- ReaLemon juice - 3 4
- cubed, cooked chicken or turkey - 4 c
- seedless green grapes, halved - 1 c
- large oranges, peeled, sectioned and drained - 2 item
- cut up fresh pineapple, drained
How to make tropical chicken salad:
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, fruit and celery; mix well. Cover and chill. Just before serving, combine chicken mixture, dressing and nuts. Serve in hollowed out pineapple shell.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Chicken.
