  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water
  • cocoa - 2/3 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda
  • mayonnaise - 1 c

How to make the ultimate chocolate cake:

Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) layer cake pans. Mix first 4 ingredients; set aside. In large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat next 3 ingredients. At low speed, beat in mayonnaise. Add flour mixture alternately with water. Pour into pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
