  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • well beaten egg - 1 item
  • Spanish peanuts - 1 c
  • large container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • white vinegar
  • mini marshmallows - 4 c
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • diced unpeeled apples - 4 c

How to make taffy apple salad:

Drain pineapple; save juice. Mix first 3 items in a large bowl and set aside. In a saucepan, mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, vinegar and egg. Cook until thick. Let cool. Mix Cool Whip into mixture. Add to apple mixture; stir in peanuts. Garnish t
