  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • sour cream - 1 item
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • chopped tomatoes - 1 item
  • taco sauce - 1 pkg
  • chopped lettuce - 1 item

How to make taco pie:

Fry down meat and onions and taco sauce. Then mix Bisquick, milk and eggs together. Set aside. In a greased cake pan, spread meat mixture on the bottom, then add Bisquick mixture on top of meat. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Put sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes and cheese on top and serve.
