  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • sour cream - 1 item
  • Bisquick - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • shredded lettuce - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • chopped tomatoes - 2 item
  • sliced tomatoes - 2 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg

How to make taco pie:

Cook ground beef and onion until browned; drain. Stir in seasoning. Spread on greased pie plate. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth. Pour on meat mixture on pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes in a 400° oven. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool about 5 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Serves 6.
